Can I pay with multiple Visa, Mastercard or Discover pre-paid gift cards?

At this time, only one form of payment can be accepted per order. If you wish to pay with multiple types of payment options, you may submit multiple orders.

Is the OWL paddle USA Pickleball approved?

OWL pickleball paddles are all USA Pickleball certified and approved for use in all USAP sanctioned tournament and league play. It is also the first paddle to qualify for the new USA Pickleball QUIET category delivering 50% noise reduction of play.

I want to set up a business account or talk to the Sales Department about a large order. How do I do that?

Currently we are only able to process orders up to $800 in a single transaction. To set up a business account or discuss a larger order for a club, HOA, private group or organization – please contact sales@owlsport.com directly or complete our partner form on our website to get in touch with our sales and marketing team.

Are there the OWL Sport gift certificates and/or gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer any dedicated gift certificates or gift cards for Owl Sport products.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

There is a quick and easy way to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

When you receive an email as a subscriber to the communication from OWL Sport or the OWL CLUB, there is always a clickable link in the bottom of the email that will take you to a page where you can manage your subscription and unsubscribe.

How do I use my coupon code?

Using a discount code on www.owlpaddle.com is simple and easy following these steps:

  • Step 1: Place all of the items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Step 2: In your cart, or during checkout, you will see a Summary of your order.
  • Step 3: At the bottom of the order summary below the "Proceed to Checkout" button,
    enter the approved code in the "Enter Promo Code"
  • Step 4: If your code is valid the appropriate discounts or changes will be automatically calculated and show on your order.
