What is covered?

When you choose the OWL, you're getting products that are built using the absolute cutting edge industry technology, proprietary and patent pending materials and a commitment to player performance in every one of our products. We have our warranty policy in place for our customers, tailored to each product category.

What's not covered?

Normal wear and tear is something that every quality sporting goods product will have including accidental scratches, slight wear on paddle surface from play and other normal product appearance changes from use. Additionally, any issues caused by unusual paddle contact with the ground or other hard surface and/or intentional modifications to our product are not covered.

Pickleball paddles warranty details:

All the OWL pickleball paddle purchases from are given a 6 month free product replacement from manufacturer defects, starting from the day you received the product. The warranty claim is only valid for the original owner of record and is not transferable.

What happens if there's an issue?

Snap a pic of your paddle in need and show us your proof of purchase – that's your ticket to a replacement paddle. But remember, any replacement paddle under warranty doesn't come with extra warranty time.

Who handles the shipping?

All warranty claims shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the consumer with the exception of the first (30) days after registered purchase.

Additional warranty details:

  • In some cases, other restrictions may apply with OWL SPORT having the final decision on whether a product and any performance issue claim is deemed under warranty.
  • The OWL paddles and products are deemed final sale and not part of the warranty game.

How to complete a warranty claim?

The information the OWL required to process a warranty claim is included in our Warranty Claim:

  • Full Name and contact information
  • Product name and model details
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue(s) experienced with the item
  • Images of the item defect
  • Purchase confirmation number
  • Payment Information
Where will warranty claim returns be processed?

Only for approved warranty claims, you will be provided instructions on sending your product to our processing facility.
