Program Shipping Details

All orders that qualify for Free Shipping in the US and Canada will be sent either UPS ground and generally delivered in under (7) seven days but delivery times are not guaranteed. This excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands which may have extended delivery times.

Daily Order Processing Cut-off Times

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time / 12:00 PM Pacific Time Monday - Friday. Our products are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. All orders submitted prior to 12 noon Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day. Certain large items that are drop-shipped from other locations are excluded from this same-day order processing policy. International Shipping

If you plan to ship your order outside the United States, please research local restrictions and/or delays on processing or delivery of inbound shipments before placing your order. Free shipping does not apply on any orders outside of the United States or Canada. The OWL Is not responsible for the timely delivery of shipments outside Canada, the United States and U.S. Territories.

International orders are generally shipped with UPS which takes 6 to 14 business days.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
