Returns

For all returns, items must not be damaged in any way and lightly played in the original packaging completely intact with the associated invoice included when shipped back. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please email us at customersupport@owlsport.com for assistance. The Owl Sport return policy will be honored for (21) DAYS from the date purchased. All orders past this time frame cannot be returned and will not be honored.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that shipping methods and speeds vary between carriers. Please note that tracking information or signature confirmation is recommended to ensure that the return arrives in our warehouse.

Exchanges

Owl Sport also will work with customers to facilitate direct paddle exchanges for a different OWL paddle model. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be confirmed to not have been played with, the grip wrap and original packaging completely intact, and the invoice associated with the order included in the return. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please email us at customersupport@owlsport.com for a copy.

Please include a detailed note identifying which paddle you want to exchange (that meets all noted exchange criteria) and include the specific model’s name requested for the exchange.  Once your exchange has been received at our warehouse, we will ship the new package to your original shipping address. An email confirmation also will be sent confirming the exchange. All exchanges will be sent out via UPS.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, we will process a refund back to your original method of payment, along with an email confirming the return and refund.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment.
